Agricultural Development Bank of China (the “Bank”), rated A1(Stable) by Moody's and A+ (Stable) by S&P, has mandated Bank of China1,Standard Chartered Bank2 and Bank of Communications as Joint GlobalCoordinators, Joint Bookrunners and Joint Lead Managers, and AgriculturalBank of China Limited Hong Kong Branch3, China Construction Bank,SPDB International, CLSA, ICBC (Asia), CMB Wing Lung Bank Limited, ChinaInternational Capital Corporation, DBS Bank Ltd.4, Crédit AgricoleCIB5, Mizuho Securities, KGI Asia and CTBC Bank6 as JointBookrunners and Joint Lead Managers to arrange a series of fixed incomeinvestor conference calls, commencing on 25 October 2021. The proposed offering ofCNH-denominated Regulation S (Category 1) senior bonds (the “Bonds”) mayfollow. The Bonds are expected to be rated A+ by S&P.
